When to order
Due to the personalized nature of our experiences, we advise booking your appointment at least 14 days in advance for adequate preparation.
Communication
We will send a confirmation email and text to the person who placed the order on the day before the due date with a delivery timeframe. If delivery/pickup times need to be adjusted please let us know with as much notice as possible, 48 hours would be ideal..
Cakes with Purpose

Cake Care
Each cake sits on a thick 6 inch cake drum. A cake box with handle is provided for ease of transport, however it always. best to carry your cake from under the box to prevent any mishaps. . Cake care and cake cutting information can be found in the how it works guide.
Space needed
Cake decorating experiences work best when there is enough space for each participant to have at least 20"x16" space in front of them., however 24"x 20" (inches) space would be ideal.
For reference: while a 6-foot table can fit six people, four to five is a more comfortable number for extra wiggle room.

Custom Cake Inquiry
While we do focus on our cake decorating classes, we do accept a a limited number of custom cake orders throughout the year.

Our Custom Cakes:

We prefer to use only buttercream as our decorating medium for custom cakes. No fondant, gum paste, wafer paper, modeling chocolate, etc.)

Flavors must be chosen from our menu. A sample flavor tasting box is available on request.

Setup Time
We need at least 30-45 minutes for setup and breakdown for each class.

Liability Waiver
Please have each participant fill out a liability waiver prior to the event. Link to Waiver can be found here.
Refund Policy
Client Cancellation:

Cancellations made [7] days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made [3] days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than [3] days before the workshop are non-refundable.

In the event that you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval.
Instructor Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend the workshop and have not canceled in advance, you will not receive a refund however options to reschedule or receive credit for future use are available.
