Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our experiences, we advise booking your appointment at least 14 days in advance for adequate preparation. Payment Schedule: The event date is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, constituting 100% of the experience value, and a duly signed contract with Flour Shoppe Studios. For bookings within 3 days, orders may be subject to a 25% surcharge of the total cost. Failure to meet payment obligations will result in discontinued work by Flour Shoppe Studios, leading to order cancellation without a refund. Payment Methods Accepted: Payments can be made via [Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay]. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received. Late Payment Fee: A grace period of 3 days is granted from the payment due date to settle outstanding balances before contract cancellation. Late payments will incur a $25 fee for each late day. Cancellation and No-Show Policy We appreciate advance notice of cancellations, as it allows us to accommodate other eager bakers on our waiting list. Our refund policy is structured as follows: 1. 7+ days before the experience: - Full refund (100% of the workshop fee) - We're happy to process this for you hassle-free! 2. 1 week to 72 hours before the experience:** - Partial refund (50% of the workshop fee) - We'll refund half your payment to acknowledge your timely notice 3. **Less than 72 hours before the experience:** - No refund available - We've already prepared materials and turned away other participants. How to cancel: To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email us at createart@flourshoppestudios.com Please provide your name, workshop date, and reason for cancellation. We'll process your request promptly and confirm any applicable refund. No-Show Policy We know that unexpected events can happen. If you're unable to attend your scheduled experience without prior notice (a "no-show"), we offer the following options: 1. **Reschedule:** - Transfer your registration to another available experience date - Subject to availability and must be used within 12 months 2. **Credit for Future Use:** - Receive a credit for the full experience amount - Valid for any of our services or products - You must use it within 12 months To take advantage of either option, please contact us within 24 hours of your missed experience.
