Payment Schedule:

The event date is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, constituting 50 % of the cake order value, and a duly signed contract with Flour Shoppe Studios.

For bookings within 3 days, orders may be subject to a 25% surcharge of the total cost.

Failure to meet payment obligations will result in discontinued work by Flour Shoppe Studios, leading to order cancellation without a refund.

Payment Methods Accepted:
Payments can be made via [Zelle, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay]. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received.

Late Payment Fee:
A grace period of 3 days is granted from the payment due date to settle outstanding balances before contract cancellation. Late payments will incur a $25 fee for each late day.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We appreciate advance notice of cancellations, as it allows us to accommodate other eager bakers on our waiting list. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. 14+ Days Before Event Date:
- Full refund (100% of the cake deposit or or cake payment)
- We're happy to process this for you hassle-free!

2. 7 Days Before Event Date:  
- Partial refund (50% of the workshop fee)
- We'll refund half your payment to acknowledge your timely notice

3. Less than 72 Hours Before Event Date
- No refund available
- We've already prepared materials and turned away other participants

How to Cancel

Please provide your name, event date, and reason for cancellation. We'll process your request promptly and confirm any applicable refund.

 

Delivery and Pick up  

Hours: 0900-1200 Friday, Saturday and Sunday 

Exact time to be confirmed  no later than 24 hours prior to event date.
